Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Noctura and tap Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Refund requests also go through Apple — we cannot issue them.

I paid, but Premium isn't showing up

Open Noctura's Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the date of purchase and we'll help.

Audio stops when I lock my phone

Noctura is built to keep playing with the screen off. If it stops, check that Noctura isn't restricted under iOS Settings → General → Background App Refresh, and that a Sleep Timer isn't set to a shorter duration than you expect.

My mindful minutes aren't in Apple Health

Health logging is off until you enable it. Turn it on in Noctura's Settings, then confirm write access in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Noctura. Noctura only ever writes mindful minutes — it never reads your health data.

How do I turn off ads?

Subscribe to Premium. Ads are shown only to users without an active subscription.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. Everything Noctura stores — streaks, saved mixes, goals, settings — lives only on your device, so removing the app removes it. Mindful minutes already written to Apple Health stay there until you delete them in the Health app.
