Quietkeep is a personal tracking tool. It records what you tell it about your own energy and shows you patterns in that record.
Quietkeep is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing it shows you is medical advice. Its estimates are descriptions of your own past entries, not predictions about your health. If something feels wrong, talk to a qualified professional.
Every figure Quietkeep derives comes from what you entered, and the app shows you how many observations each figure rests on. Figures marked with a tilde (~) are estimates, not measurements. Estimates can be wrong, and they are most likely to be wrong when there is little data behind them.
Quietkeep is free to use. An optional Premium subscription unlocks history beyond 30 days, the full cost board, per-person analytics, recovery estimates, correlations and forecasting for any date. Monthly and annual plans are offered; the annual plan includes a free trial for new subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel at any time in your App Store account settings. If you cancel, Premium features lock again at the end of the paid period — your data is never deleted or reduced, and everything you recorded remains available to view within the free limits and to export in full.
Export is free, permanently. Accessibility settings are free, permanently.
