Refluxly is a personal diary for reflux/GERD symptoms. You log symptoms, meals (with the trigger categories you actually ate), medications, and evening lie-down details in a few taps. The countdown on the home screen tracks the wait after your last meal before lying down. The Journal shows your history day by day, and Refluxly Premium adds a pattern review that counts how often a symptom followed a given trigger within a time window — always shown next to how often that symptom happens on its own, so one number can be read against the other. It does not diagnose, does not treat, and does not replace medical advice — see our Terms of Service. Everything you log stays on your iPhone.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Refluxly and tap Cancel. You keep Refluxly Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. If you're on the 7-day free trial (annual plan only), cancel at least 24 hours before it ends or it converts to a paid subscription automatically. Refund requests also go through Apple — we cannot issue them.
Open the Upgrade screen and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with, and that you have a working internet connection. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the date of purchase and we'll help.
Nothing is deleted. Refluxly keeps every entry you have already logged and simply returns to the free-tier limits — 30 days of visible journal history, one unlocked pattern strip, the fixed analysis window — until you resubscribe.
Open Preferences and tap Export CSV — free for everyone, no subscription needed. Refluxly Premium subscribers can also generate a PDF doctor-visit report from the Report screen. Either way, the app hands the file to the standard iOS share sheet — from there you can save it to Files, mail it to yourself, print it, or open it in another app. The file isn't sent anywhere by us; where it goes is your choice.
Check that notifications are enabled for Refluxly in iOS Settings → Notifications → Refluxly, and that the reminder or lie-down setting you expect is turned on inside Refluxly's Preferences. Refluxly schedules local notifications on your device only — logging a new meal reschedules the lie-down notification automatically.
No. Refluxly does not show ads and does not use any tracking or analytics SDK. Because nothing in the app tracks you, it never presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Delete the app. Everything Refluxly stores — symptom, meal, medication and night entries, custom trigger categories, and settings — lives only on your device, so removing the app removes them. This release does not include a separate in-app "clear data" button.
No. Refluxly is a personal diary and general wellness tool, not a medical device, and any pattern or count it shows is simple arithmetic on your own logs — it counts co-occurrence within a time window and cannot establish cause. Talk to your GP or a gastroenterologist about your symptoms or any medical concern, and see our in-app "When to see a doctor" screen for symptoms that call for prompt attention. See our Terms of Service.
