Privacy Policy

Wageproof (bundle identifier xyz.bogtsi.wageproof) is made by Bogdan Tsiganiuk, an individual developer. Contact: bogdan.tsiganiyk@gmail.com.

The short version: Wageproof has no account, no sign-in and no server of ours. Everything you enter — your shifts, your pay rates, your job settings, the paystub figures you type in — is stored on your device and never sent to us. We cannot see it, because it never leaves your phone except when you choose to share a file.

What we collect

Nothing. Wageproof does not collect, transmit or store any personal information on our systems. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash reporter that carries your data, and no identifier for advertisers (IDFA). We do not ask for tracking permission because we do not track.

What stays on your device

Your jobs: name, pay rate, workweek start, pay period, state selection, rounding policy.
Your shifts: start and end times, breaks, notes, tags, and the timestamped history of any edit you make to them.
Paystub figures you enter for comparison.
Your display preferences.

All of it is written to your device's app storage. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

When data leaves your device, and only then

You export or share a file. Tapping Share PDF, Share CSV, or Export backup builds a document and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes from there is your choice — Mail, Files, iCloud Drive, another app. We are not involved and we receive no copy.
iCloud device backup. If you have iCloud Backup switched on in iOS Settings, your device's backup includes this app's data, the same as any other app. That is Apple's service under Apple's terms, not ours. Wageproof does not implement iCloud sync.
A purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple and by RevenueCat, which manages subscription state for us. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-user identifier and the purchase receipt so it can tell the app whether Wageproof Pro is active. It does not receive your shifts, your pay, or anything you typed into the app. RevenueCat's privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy

That is the complete list. There is no other network call in the app.

Children

Wageproof is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone.

Your rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or delete on request. To delete everything, delete the app — or use the in-app controls, which never delete your recorded hours silently and always tell you what a restore will replace.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the version in the app's Settings → Legal links to the current one.
