Need help? Email bogdan.tsiganiyk@gmail.com. Wageproof is made by Bogdan Tsiganiuk, one person, so replies may take a few days. Include your app version, iOS version, device model and what you were doing. Do not send a pay record, photo or backup unless you want us to see it.

In case of differences, the English text governs. En caso de diferencias, prevalece el texto en inglés.
The hours calculator, pay comparisons, exports, manual backups and weekly integrity record apply where available in your installed version. Schedule pay, final-paycheck tools, off-the-clock notes and photos, tipped-wage calculations, Year-End Pay Check and local reminders are additions in 1.3.0, not features of live 1.2.x. Update before using them. Neither version implements calendar access, iCloud sync or widgets.
Apple manages subscriptions. Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Wageproof and cancel. Pro stays active until the paid period ends. A one-time purchase is not a renewing subscription. Refund requests go through Apple; we cannot issue them. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Open the Wageproof Pro screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If that does not help, email us with the purchase date and, if requested, the Support ID shown in Settings. Keep that identifier unchanged when copying it. Do not send payment-card details. Restore purchases restores access, not your hours or backups.
Check the job's pay period, rates, recorded hours, breaks and rounding settings. Open Show the math to see how the estimate was built. A difference does not establish which record is correct, whether money is owed or whether a law was broken. Punch rounding and timing can affect a comparison; a small difference is not automatically acceptable or lawful.
The app does not model tip pooling allocation, service charges, tip reporting, commissions, piece rates, collective bargaining agreements, exempt-status determination, taxes and withholding, or states other than the ones it lists. It is an estimate, not a paystub or legal or tax advice. Check it against your own pay records.
Set the job's pay period and anchor in its pay schedule to match your stub. Wageproof supports weekly, biweekly and semi-monthly periods. Use the comparison for the corresponding pay period; do not compare a whole-period gross amount to a single week's estimate. Workweeks still govern overtime calculations.
Use Settings → Backup & restore → Export backup. Save the file through the iOS share sheet somewhere you can find it. Backup export is free even without Pro. There is no automatic Wageproof sync. The file is readable JSON, not encrypted or password-protected by Wageproof, so keep it private.
Restore replaces the records and history on this device with the file; it does not merge. Save a current backup first. The app asks you to confirm replacement and separately acknowledge unreadable entries that would be dropped. In 1.3.0 it reports omitted or unrestored photos and schedule fingerprints that do not verify. A failure partway may leave a mix of old and restored data. Export the current state before making more changes. We cannot recover local records we never received.
Missing or unresolved schedule facts can leave an amount unknown; that is not $0. No result means no recorded pattern qualified, not that no law applies. A known subtotal is not a complete comparison. Check saved facts again after editing the shift they describe.
Weekly shifts, off-the-clock notes and schedule evidence have separate fingerprint chains. Fingerprints can reveal changes, not prove truth or that data never changed. Someone with device-data access could change both the data and fingerprints. Off-the-clock notes keep their history and cannot be deleted individually in the app. See the Terms for the full limits.
No saved tips is not confirmation of no tips. Add the week's tips, or enter $0.00 if there were none. Final-paycheck dates depend on the recorded job-ending answers and the rule the app carries. The app does not know whether you were paid; reminders and countdowns do not establish a late payment. Year-End Pay Check is record arithmetic, not a tax deduction or eligibility calculation.
Payday, 13-hour clock-out and monthly tip-review reminders are optional local notifications you enable in Settings. iOS may ask permission when you enable one of these. Final-paycheck reminders are scheduled from saved job-ending details when notification permission has already been granted; those three switches do not turn them off. To disable all Wageproof notifications, change its notification permission in iOS Settings. A reminder can be late or fail to arrive; do not rely on it for a deadline. Taking or choosing a note photo can ask for camera or photo-library access. Denying these permissions does not prevent ordinary time tracking. Wageproof records no audio.
Use Delete App in iOS, not Offload App, to remove the app's local storage. Separately delete backups and exports you control. Removing a job does not delete its shifts or notes. Removing a photo does not remove copies already exported or in your photo library. Apple and RevenueCat purchase records and support emails are separate; see the Privacy Policy for requests about those. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
